Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. 

Only unused products can be returned – provided they are in the original packaging. 

If you wish to return a product, the return costs are your responsibility as the buyer.

Always request proof of shipment for a return. 

Send the package’s track and trace code by email to info@laulabel.nl

If the return shipment gets lost and you are unable to provide a track and trace code, Laulabel is not responsible.

The refund amount will then not be credited back.

Laulabel ships on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday mornings.

Shipping costs depend on the country from which you order.

Since I have to keep Laulabel running by myself, and also have a part-time job, 

I cannot always guarantee immediate delivery.
